4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath Villa on the Canal in Marathon, a boat ride to the ocean. Private Heated Pool. Private 30 Foot Boat Dock. Includes 4 bikes, Porta crib, High chair seat, Outdoor Freezer, Fish Cleaning table, Internet, Blender, Electric Griddle, Coffee Maker, Outside Propane Grill, Blue small Radio. Bedrooms include 3 Kings and and 1 Queen and 1 Queen Sofa sleeper. All Bedrooms include a New Flat Screen TV. 3 Bedrooms upstairs and 1 on main level. Sleeps total of 10 people. Cleaning fee is $225 and 12.5% Tax. Pool Heat is $100. This is new construction so we don't have any reviews yet but we are great people.

This was a new villa in a prime location. We had our own private pool and a dock for our boat. Also grocery store was nearby which was a plus. Would highly recommend.
